Änderungen der AGB´s für das XII. Taunus Metal Festival

Taunus Metal Freunde,
lange haben wir hin und her überlegt, bei den Sitzungen diskutiert um die Planungssicherheit in der nicht enden wollenden Pandemie zu erhöhen und sind zu folgendem Entschluss gekommen.
Das XII. Taunus Metal wird unter 2G (geimpft oder genesen) Regeln stattfinden!!!
Aufgrund dessen, dass wir schon über 400 Tickets verkauft haben, war ein Hygieneplan mit Masken und Abstand auch keine Option mehr. Die aktuell gültigen und neu überarbeiteten ABG´s findet ihr unter: https://www.taunus-metal.de/index/agb.html
Solltet ihr mit den ABG´s nicht einverstanden sein, könnt ihr euer Ticket bis 31.01.2022 zurückgeben.
Für Hardticketinhaber heißt das, ihr schickt das/die Ticket/s an die Adresse, welche in den ABG´s zu finden ist, zurück und legt ein Zettel mit den Kontodaten bei.
Ihr habt eine Ticketreservierung, dann schreibt ihr eine Mail, mit allen Kontaktdaten welche für die Rückabwicklung nötig sind, an office@taunus-metal.de. Bitte die Mail mit dem Ticketcode, welche ihr bei Bestellung erhalten habt der Mail anhängen.

Taunus Metal friends,

If you do not agree with the ABGs, you can return your ticket until January 31, 2022.
For hard ticket holders this means that you send the ticket (s) back to the address that can be found in the ABGs and enclose a slip of paper with the account details.
You have a ticket reservation, then you write an email with all the contact details that are necessary for the reverse transaction to office@taunus-metal.de. Please attach the email with the ticket code that you received when ordering.
